Learning Mathematics through Drama

December 7, 2013 Leave a Comment

We are delighted to announce that in February and March 2014 NATD and ATM are collaborating in the running of two workshops focussing on the ways in which the two subject areas can be used to enable young people to probe the world.

The two linked workshops at Iveson Primary School in Leeds, facilitated by Tony Cotton (Honorary Secretary of the Association of Teachers of Mathematics) and Helen Toft (National Association for the Teaching of Drama) will explore how using drama in education can inform the teaching and learning of mathematics.

These workshops are FREE, as we would hope that your school will consider joining these likeminded subject associations as a result of how much you take from the workshops.
